At Zivok, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays. The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days ., though remote areas may require additional time. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or logistical issues beyond our control, and Zivok cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Shipping charges may vary based on pincode, weight, and offers available at the time of order. Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including full address, correct phone number, and landmark information.

Any delay or return caused due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be the customer’s responsibility, and re-shipping charges may apply. If a product arrives damaged or if the package seems tampered with, customers must inform us within 48 hours with photos or video proof for investigation. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our policies.
