The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days

At Zivok, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return process. You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Due to hygiene and safety standards, innerwear that has been tried or used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, customers may contact us at support@zivok.com and provide their order ID along with clear images or videos showing the issue. After verification, our team will arrange a pickup whenever possible; in locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-courier the item. Courier charges for self-return will be reimbursed only when the error is on our part—such as sending the wrong or damaged product.

Once the return is received and inspected at our facility, a refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to reflect in the original payment method or may be offered as store credit based on customer preference. Items returned without original packaging, without approval, or not meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected. Zivok reserves the right to decline returns if misuse, tampering, or customer damage is detected.
